Your Role As a Thermal/Power Development Engineer, you will contribute to building industry‑leading power, thermal, and limits management software solutions across Qualcomm’s Mobile, Automotive, Compute, IoT, and AR/VR platforms. You will perform system‑level analysis, collaborate across hardware and software teams, and deliver optimized power and thermal mitigation strategies. In this role, you will: Analyze system‑level power and thermal use cases and performance requirements. Drive power optimization, performance tuning, and thermal/limit HW tuning. Assess risks and define mitigation strategies for thermal and power challenges. Collaborate with architecture, HW design, performance, and SW teams. Develop tools and methodologies for competitive and system analysis. Support system‑level debugging and characterization for SoC power optimization.
