Job Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system.
- Monitor stock movement (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).
- Ensure real-time and accurate encoding of all transactions.
- Conduct cycle counts, monthly, and quarterly physical inventory audits.
- Reconcile system records with actual stock and investigate variances.
- Coordinate with Parts Specialist and Warehouseman to verify part movements.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Flag slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical stock items.
- Assist management in setting reorder levels and buffer stock.
- Coordinate with Purchasing for stock replenishment and material requirements. <...
