Job Description
We are seeking a Checkout Manager extraordinaire!
The role will involve the following:
- Managing, organising and supporting our checkout team
- Admin tasks such as timesheets and rosters
- Customer services including lotto, checkout operating, packing and supervising
- Overseeing the successful operations of our checkout team
Please note: Our busiest times are long weekends/public holidays, summer holidays and our team members are required to work through these periods.
The person we are looking for will have the following attributes:
- Have a passion for giving excellent customer service and going the extra mile for our customers
- Be able to ‘lead from the front’ and set high standards for the team
