Overview
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a temp Sole Chef to join a 40m Sailing Yacht. This role is ideal for an experienced chef who is flexible and able to cater to the crew's and guest's needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Valid F&HL2 STCW, ENG1, and other relevant certifications.
- Strong experience in Mediterranean cuisine - Portuguese, Spanish, Italian culinary style is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to varying schedules
