Chef job in El-Ain UAE. We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in El-Ain. Salary: 1400 per month.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering, scheduling, staff management, food preparation, presentation and service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Lead a kitchen team and train staff; create new recipes that meet customer expectations while controlling costs.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance and operations to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead a kitchen team.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
