- Creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes
- Managing kitchen staff
- Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef, specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Indian national (position open only to Indian nationals)
- Basic Arabic preferred; English not required
