The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Cook, slice and season various types of meat and fish;
- Manage all the operations of the kitchen;
- Coordinate the pass and orders to ensure a smooth service;
- Manage orders and returns and deal with suppliers;
- Keeping contact with food suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels;
- Handle and store ingredients and food;
- Monthly comparison of inventory against real consume to check on the product usage in order to avoid food waste;
- Handling multiple food orders at one time;
