Position: Chef

Salary: $85,000 plus superannuation per annum
Location: Ballart Central VIC 3350
Our client is seeking an experienced Chef to join their Indian Restaurant in Ballart Central, Victoria.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure meals are presented neatly and served on time
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and workplace health regulations
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation
- Manage stock rotation and minimise food wastage
