Responsibilities
- Allocate sufficient staffing daily to meet operational demands and maintain service quality
- Plan and coordinate VIP and limousine movements for arrivals and departures to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee Lobby Greeter duties during peak check‑in/out periods and major events to maintain lobby efficiency
- Resolve guest issues promptly to uphold guest satisfaction and service excellence
