Chef / Cook, Care Home Nashley House, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 2RN We are looking for a reliable, experienced and caring Chef / Cook to join our team at Nashley House.
This is a hands-on care home kitchen role, preparing good quality, homemade and wholesome meals for our residents.
We are looking for a good all-rounder who can cook traditional English meals well, while also supporting variety through themed food days such as Chinese, Indian and other international menus.
You will help with menu planning and development, resident meetings, food feedback, dietary needs, allergens, texture-modified diets and IDDSI requirements.
You will also work closely with the care team to make sure meals are safe, appetising and suited to individual residents’ needs.
