Tasks
- Organise the kitchen station and work independently.
- Ensure a smooth daily routine and be the contact person for kitchen and office staff.
- Prepare orders for the following day.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP).
- Maintain hygiene standards and hygiene monitoring.
Qualifications
- Completed cooking training (EFZ).
- Several years of professional experience and preferably leadership experience.
- Fluent in German.
- Enjoy working in a team.
