- Culinary school background
- Good English both spoken and written
- Experience in similar position
- Strong experience in Chinese Restaurants (Part of 5* Hotels/Resorts and/or free standing)
- Good exposure to fine dining / Michelin *
- Able to deal effectively with VIPs in a luxury environment
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese cuisine with a preference of Cantonese cuisine
- Strong organizational skills with great eye for detail
- Ability to delegate responsibility, handle multiple tasks and show a high level of patience
