- The ideal candidate is a passionate culinary leader with a strong fine dining pedigree proven Michelin-level standards and a successful history of operating premium grill. The candidate must be highly guest-centric commercially minded and capable of elevating Stratos Restaurants reputation as one of the regions leading upscale grill destinations
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef successfully leading a high-end grill operation with demonstrated commercial success.
- Proven experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant or Michelin Guide-recognized fine dining establishment .
- Minimum 68 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels fine dining restaurants or renowned international restaurant groups.
