La Cucina Beaumaris is seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the quality, consistency and presentation of dishes, and supporting junior kitchen staff.
As a family-run Italian eatery in the heart of Bayside, La Cucina focuses on authentic Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients, homemade pasta, risottos, woodfired pizza, and dishes inspired by Southern Italian flavours. The role requires a chef who can work confidently in a busy restaurant environment while maintaining the warm, high-quality dining experience expected by our guests.
