We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Salt Room .
Set on Brighton's seafront with uninterrupted views of the West Pier, The Salt Room is one of the city’s leading seafood restaurants — built around fire, flavour and a room that knows how to have a good time. Newly reimagined from the ground up, The Salt Room has reopened for a new chapter by the sea.

As a Chef de Partie you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, making sure each dish is prepared to the highest standard.
