Chef De Partie at Birchwood Park Golf & Country Club
Step into a fast‑paced, high‑profile kitchen at the heart of our golf course. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day‑to‑day food preparation, lead and inspire Kitchen Porters and Commis Chefs, and play a key role in driving performance. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll balance creativity with commercial focus—controlling food costs to budget, developing revenue and expense plans, and delivering outstanding quality and customer experiences that maximise sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Attends work in correct uniform, at correct rostered time.
- Completes all food preparation for all catering outlets, which may include bar/lounge, snack bar, on course sales and function suite
