We are looking for a Chef De Partie to support recipe development, innovation, and team training to meet production and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
- 2–3 years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie or Jr. Sous Chef in Bread, Pastry, or Hot & Cold Kitchen
- Experience in a large‑scale or industrial bakery environment
- Certification in Bakery or Pastry Production
- Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures
