About The Role We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a beautiful, centrally located café-brasserie in the heart of Amsterdam. This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen known for its lively atmosphere and excellent classic French-International cuisine.
Your Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be a crucial pillar of the kitchen operations. Your main duties include:
Preparing high-quality brasserie dishes and executing precise mise en place.
Independently managing your assigned hot or cold section during busy services.
Working closely with the team to maintain high HACCP standards and kitchen hygiene.
Full flexibility to handle a dynamic schedule, including morning shifts, evening shifts (until closing time), and weekends!
