Chef de Partie Required!
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Chef de Partie within the head office of a large, well-known media and entertainment organisation. This is a fast-paced site offering a mix of staff dining and hospitality catering in a modern kitchen environment currently undergoing refurbishment.
The kitchen provides around 200 covers daily, serving two main dishes plus specials across hot, cold, and salad bar sections. Hospitality is also a key focus, with buffets and working lunches taking place 2-3 times per week.
