We're looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) who is passionate about great food, obsessed with quality, and excited to be part of a team that pushes innovation while maintaining the highest standards of execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead a designated kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
- Support menu development and new product trials.
- Train and guide junior kitchen team members.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage through efficient kitchen practices.
