Key Responsibilities:- Set up workstation with all ingredients and equipment
- Prepare and cook ingredients (chopping peeling boiling grilling etc.)
- Follow mise en place checklist under the section leaders supervision
- Assist in basic food preparation ensuring consistency and taste
- Rotate through various kitchen sections to develop broad culinary skills
