The Role
A talented Chef de Partie is required for a well‑established leisure venue in New Milton , right on the edge of the beautiful New Forest and close to the coast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, motivated kitchen team producing fresh, high‑quality dishes.
Please note: This is a no live‑in position. Local candidates are required.
The kitchen operates sensible hours, typically 40 hours per week on straight shifts. Any hours worked over 40 are paid overtime , offering a fair and refreshing work‑life balance.
