Pay: £15.15 per hour + 95p/hour night enhancement
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7 (night shifts)

Responsibilities
- Crafting fresh, delicious dishes to spec and standard
- Running a section confidently during night service
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with prep and service
- Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
- Helping train and mentor junior night kitchen staff
