Responsibilities- Execute mise‑en‑place efficiently, including setting up ingredients, preparing production batches, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your workstation.
- Prepare a wide range of ingredients while meeting the standards of taste, consistency, and presentation.
- Support daily kitchen production operations to ensure timely preparation and availability of products.
- Check and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.
- Monitor inventory levels, ingredient quality, and coordinate stock ordering when shortages arise.
