Assists Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read, interpret and demonstrate the preparation of recipes.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in the same rank/capacity in luxury cruise ships.
- Excellent command of English language.
