Overview
An excellent opportunity is available for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 7 talented professionals working at a luxury country hotel where you will be catering for different dining options on offer to the guests. The terrace restaurant at the hotel serves Modern British style menus that offer the freshest, most seasonal dishes. At the same time as Chef de Partie you will also prepare dishes for the lounge menu, afternoon teas, weddings and functions taking place at the hotel.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard for multiple dining options including the terrace restaurant, lounge menu, afternoon teas, weddings and functions. Ensure consistency and quality across all menus and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
