This role involves preparing authentic Peruvian dishes while contributing to the development of innovative menus that highlight the rich and diverse flavors of Peru. The ideal candidate will be passionate about South American cuisine and eager to bring excellence to the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook traditional and contemporary Peruvian dishes & Sushi according to set recipes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and recipe development.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
