Responsibilities
- Specialized in Hubei Cuisine, especially Signature food, street food.
- Willing to start with Short Notice.
- Responsible for purchase and store keeping at individual station, e.g., Pot station, steam station, wok station.
- Responsible for food hygiene, cleanliness and food quality.
- Prepare ingredients and food strictly according to recipes provided.
- Any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Head Chef.
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Hubei cuisine, or Hubei Signature foods.
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in fast‑paced branded Chinese restaurant.
- No strict basic education required.
- Willing to work overtime whenever required last minute.
- Willing to work at all weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to work with rotating off days.
