40 hours per week | £37,500 per annum | 5 days over 7 (predominantly Monday–Friday)

The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operation at Martletts. This role blends leadership with hands-on delivery, covering both resident dining and the on-site café.
While the current schedule is typically Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, the role operates on a 5 out of 7 rota. There is a dedicated weekend chef in place, so the majority of shifts will remain weekday-focused, with occasional flexibility required.
