Title: Chef Manager
Location: Aykley Heads, Durham
Salary: £33,280 per annum
Working hours 40 per week - Wednesday to Sunday
Between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm (with 30 minute unpaid break) and Thursday late closing at 8.00pm
We are looking for an innovative and passionate Chef Manager to lead a small, dedicated Team of four at the Light Cafe, part of Durham's exciting new visitor attraction that brings together art, science, history, creativity and community
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative Chef to deliver a high quality breakfast and lunch using local ingredients in a well equipped kitchen environment
