Job Summary
We are seeking a Chinese Cuisine Cook to prepare and cook Chinese dishes, ensure food quality standards, support kitchen operations, and maintain efficient workflow in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to company standards
- Perform food preparation including cutting, marinating and ingredient preparation
- Ensure food quality, taste consistency and presentation standards are maintained
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of ingredient requirements
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure proper food handling practices
- Follow food safety procedures and workplace hygiene standards
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
- Manage workload efficiently during peak dining periods
- Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
