Job Description
Location: Bukit Timah Area (Company Transport Provided)
Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Cook and assemble dishes while ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to food preparation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen, including proper housekeeping and equipment care.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stocktaking, receive deliveries, and order supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely food preparation and high-quality service delivery.
- Support kitchen operations by minimizing wastage, improving work processes, and assisting with events or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree Qualification in Culinary Fine Arts.
