Job Summary
We are seeking a Chef with 3-5 years of experience in Indian cuisine to prepare dishes like Roti Prata, Fried Mee Goreng, Biryani, and Fish Curry, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage food preparation and cooking hands‑on to ensure timely completion of orders
- Maintain safe and hygienic food storage, preparation, and presentation practices to comply with health standards
- Adapt to and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen environment
- Work assigned shifts including weekends and public holidays, with rest days on weekdays
