Location: Islandwide
Working Hours: 6 days, 44 hours per week
Salary: $3,000 - $4,500
Job Description- Preparing and cooking food according to menu items.
- Operate cooking equipment with proper safety precautions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including ensuring ingredients, utensils, and dishes are properly stored.
- Control and manage kitchen inventory.
- Opportunity to design and test new menu items that complement the restaurant's impressive selection of fine wines, champagnes, whiskies, and sake.
- Experience preparing Local and Western cuisine.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
