Job Description
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Support the preparation of ingredients, including cleaning, cutting, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist during service, including plating and basic counter support when required
- Properly store ingredients and manage basic inventory tasks
- Learn and follow omakase service flow, kitchen discipline, and culinary standards
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef
