4F Lele Farms is an integrated catfish farming and restaurant business based in Yogyakarta. We focus on sustainable aquaculture and serving fresh, high-quality catfish dishes directly from our farm to our restaurant.
We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute catfish-based menu items (traditional & modern concepts)
- Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards
- Oversee inventory and ingredient sourcing
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Create seasonal or promotional menu ideas
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Experience with Indonesian cuisine (especially seafood)
- Creative in developing new menu variations
