About The Organisation And The Role
New home for the aged is looking for a kosher Chef to run the daily food service in the home. This person will be responsible for daily meal planning and food prep for around 50 residents, as well as managing the kitchen team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Menu planning
- Manage kitchen staff
- Food prep and cooking
- Food preparation for special events and functions
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean
- Ensure OHSA and Food Safety regulations are adhered to
- Ensure Beth Din compliance (Kosher Standards Governing board)
