Conduct routine checks on plant equipment following the Field Operation Checklist and report any abnormalities. Offload Sodium Bicarbonate solution from ISO tankers. Operate a forklift for the removal of fly ash and scrap drum bins. Inspect main scrubber inlets for salt deposits, scrubber water pH, sump pits, feeding pump areas, tank farms, kiln gaps, and ash conveyor conditions. Collaborate with the Boiler Technician on fire tube clearing, turbine start-up, filter replacement, and cleaning tasks. Maintain operational integrity for all pumps and ensure cleanliness in the work area. Utilize a crane to feed sludge bags into hoppers. Assess and document waste conditions from various conta...
