Job Description
This position starts with day shifts for a month and then rotates to 12-hour day/night shifts. The schedule is rotational.
Candidates must have chemical manufacturing experience.
Position Overview
This is a contractor position reporting directly to the Torrance Operations Manager. The primary responsibility is the packaging and shipment of Finished Goods. Additional duties include loading, unloading, and cleaning equipment, packaging products, maintaining a safe and orderly work area, assisting other production areas as needed, and overall plant housekeeping.
Activities
- Yard responsibilities: sampling, weighing and inspecting loads, loading and shipping trucks, railcars, and iso-containers, filling and packaging drums & totes, and general plant housekeeping.
