Responsible for operating chemical plant equipment and processes, monitoring reactions, and ensuring safe, efficient production.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate reactors, distillation systems, pumps, centrifuges, and related equipment
+ Load/unload raw materials and finished products
+ Monitor processes and adjust valves, gauges, temperature, and pressure
+ Record production data, batch information, and equipment performance
+ Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
+ Perform routine maintenance and quality control sampling
+ Maintain housekeeping and follow HSEQ and safety procedures
+ Operate forklifts and handle materials as needed
**Requirements**

+ 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
