Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize chemical processes for the production of foam and ABC powder, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
Conduct experiments, analyze data, and address production challenges to enhance quality and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot production problems, including quality control issues and equipment malfunctions.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure raw materials and equipment for foam and ABC powder production.
Requirements for Success
Strong understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals, including surface tension, film formation, material and fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and mixing phenomena.
Ability to identify and develop new manufacturing methods for chemicals and create corresponding processes.
