With a background in Chemical Engineering, this role involves analyzing, improving, and innovating processes that support SCG’s businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze production parameters to maintain process stability and product quality.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for deviations, inefficiencies, or equipment issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase yield, reduce waste, and optimize energy usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, and operations) to execute improvement projects.
