Process Operator
Salary: £35,000+ Based near Winsford, Cheshire Hours: Mon-Fri | 3 Shift Rotation
Earlies: 06:00 - 13:30 Lates: 13:00 - 21:00 Nights: 20:30 - 06:30 (Mon-Thurs)
The Role
We're looking for a hands‑on Process Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment on a Permanent basis. You'll be responsible for running batch processes safely and efficiently, working with hazardous chemicals and ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
This is a varied, fast‑paced role combining plant operations, process control, and hands‑on production work.
Key Duties
- Operate process plant, vessels, and pumps
- Run and monitor processes via SCADA
- Follow batch sheets and procedures accurately
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials
- Ensure safe, on‑time batch production
