This role oversees process engineering, equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, capital improvement initiatives, and capacity expansion planning. The position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable production of formulated liquid products, including shampoos, conditioners, and specialty chemical blends.
