- Perform testing and analysis in accordance with the standard/in‑house methods and to comply with QA/QC procedures.
- To ensure timeliness, precision, and accuracy of analytical results to meet turnaround time.
- Effective implementation and maintenance of MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017, SAMM Policy, as well as Group Quality System.
- Adhere to group HSE safety procedures.
- Ensure that information from the clients is kept strictly confidential and never revealed to third parties.
- Ensure all analytical equipment, apparatus, etc., are maintained and calibrated as per the required schedule.
- Ensure the root cause of all non‑conformities or customer complaints is investigated and identified with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
