Job Title: Chemist / Sr. Chemist – R&D (API)
Job Summary
Responsible for development and optimization of synthetic processes for APIs and intermediates, including lab experimentation, scale-up, and technology transfer in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for APIs
- Execute multi-step organic synthesis and lab scale experiments
- Conduct lab experiments and purification processes
- Support pilot plant batches and scale-up activities
- Maintain documentation as per Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) / Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (Ph.D. for Sr. Chemist preferred)
