Job Description
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, manage, and supervise all activities of the Accounting Department.
- Establish, maintain, and control the accounting system, accounting books, vouchers, and financial reports in compliance with current regulations.
- Review and control accounting entries and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and relevant laws.
- Check and reconcile detailed and general accounting data; ensure ending balances are accurate and consistent with supporting reports.
- Manage cash flow, receivables and payables, fixed assets, inventory, and production costs.
- Prepare Financial Statements (FS) and Management Reports in compliance with legal requirements and management requests.
- Control product costing, cost allocation, and evaluate operational efficiency of each department.
