The role supervises accounting staff to guarantee accurate and timely completion of departmental tasks, financial reporting, and related projects. The position also involves implementing accounting policies, coordinating audits, and providing financial insights to support organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Accounting Department, overseeing staff performance, assigning tasks, and tracking progress toward goals.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, disbursements, invoices, recorded transactions, and check vouchers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
