Job Purpose
Advance Authority research and knowledge management (KM) by executing frameworks, data governance, and project coordination; promote culture and publishing; and deliver analyses, dashboards, and improvements that align centers, portfolios, and evidence with RTA strategy and future directions.
Key Results & Accountabilities- Strategy
- Implement research and knowledge policies, processes, systems, annual plans, and KPIs aligned with approved controls.
- Define governance roles, standards, and workflows for research and KM execution and evidence stewardship.
- Promote R&D and KM culture through campaigns, publishing frameworks, and scheduled initiatives across agencies.
- Support governance of R&D centers and align portfolios with future directions and sector priorities.
