Summary The Office of Legal Policy (OLP) supports the Attorney General in judicial selection processes and coordinates regulatory review across DOJ components. OLP also advances technical, scientific, and data-informed policy capacity in support of DOJ's mission to uphold the rule of law, protect civil rights, and ensure national security. Responsibilities This position is located in the Office of Legal Policy (OLP), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). OLP develops and implements significant Department policy initiatives; coordinates regulatory actions across DOJ components; manages special projects implicating multiple components; and serves as the principal policy advisor to the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General.
